Some highlighted reminders for homeowners in CFE:
- SPEED LIMIT IN CFE IS 15 MPH AND STOP SIGNS ARE NOT SUGGESTIONS. Make certain all driving members of your family are aware of the rules of the road here in CFE.
- Lights on the outside of your garage are required to be in good working order and are the responsibility of the homeowners.
- Pets: Pets must be leashed and under control by their owners at all times (this includes cats). Owners must clean up after their pets. There is NO WHERE in CFE where you do not have to clean up after your pet.
- Sheds of any kind are not allowed in CFE.
- Trash/Recycling and Yard Refuse Trash and Recycling pickup is on Fridays. From April through November yard waste pickup is also available every Friday. Yard waste must be in a brown yard waste bag or a designated bin. Questions or concerns about trash or yard waste pickup should be directed to GFL or Scio Township.
- Homeowners on the sidewalk side must keep trees trimmed up so that residents can walk on the sidewalk without obstacles.
- Painting your exterior? Books of all the approved paint colors are available for review at the Sherwin-Williams store on Jackson Ave. Trim paint must match your siding color so it is important if you are repainting to confirm the correct colors.
- ALL Changes or Modifications to the exterior of the home must be approved by the HOA. Please contact MGM to initiate the approval process.
